My stay was okay. the room was clean, the pool was very small but okay, the breakfast was okay as well. but - - i left this hotel was a bad feeling because of a couple staff members, who were not at all helpful, dishonest, and deliberately lied about the trip which i booked though the hotel. i had done some research and collected a brochure at a travel agency about the cost of the “city tour”. when i inquired at the hotel desk i was told that the tour information that i had was not a good tour and that the hotel offer a better tour more. i believe the young lady at the hotel and booked through her. as i got on the tour bus the next morning the tour guide handed us a brochure about the tour that i was on and ….. guess what, it was the exact same brochure that i showed to the hotel clerk.
Be sure to count and check your change carefully. On two occasions I was given dong bills for change when I should have been given dong bills. Unfortunately these two bills are quite similar.

Helpful friendly staff. issues when old menu prices presented in their restaurant and we got a bill with new prices, but handled well by staff. room doors have a different key system which took a bit of getting used to but generally a good hotel

The hotel was quite new.　Although the surrounding area was not so good ,but　the room was quite comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. it provided a relaxing stay and very delicious breakfast as well.
